You need to size and profile all images for their printer and the
profile is downloadable from the web site. Images should be sized at
402 dpi
I have been using them for over a year and find them very helpful.
The other company is Keynsham Photographic but I have only just found
out about them and have run some test prints that look OK. I cannot yet
vouch for their service level but their prices are generally within 5p
of ProAM while their 16x12 and 18x12 are the same price - £1 inc VAT
plus P&P

You can send them a CD unprofiled (sRGB JPEG files) or use their FUJI
profiles (downloadable from the web site
ProAm cannot do larger than 18x12 but Keynsham can and uses and Epson
7600 for ink jet prints.
